Monroe Town Car accepts Cash, Credit or Debit Cards for services provided. However, when making an online reservation a Credit/Debit Card is required to reserve your time request. Your card will not be charged at this time, and you may choose to pay with a Credit/Debit card at the time of service or you may choose to pay your driver in cash.
Reservation without a Credit Card Option
If you would like to make a reservation, but would like to not enter your credit card online, we respect and understand your decision. Please contact our Customer Service department via phone at 503-000-0000 and we would be happy to assist in making your reservation.
Paying with Credit Card
We accept the following Credit Cards; Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We accept bank issued debit cards that display the Visa or MasterCard logo only. While you may use your credit card to reserve your reservation, we will need you to physically present your card and photo ID at the time of travel for payment. Credit/Debit Card Payments are collected at the end of the ride, either at the airport before unloading or at your destination before unloading.
Paying with Cash
When paying in cash please understand, our drivers do not carry change, so please plan accordingly if you choose to pay in cash. Cash Payments are collected at the end of the ride, either at the airport before unloading or at your destination before unloading.
